Insured Holiday: full refund of the amount paid (economic refund, not voucher) up to one day before the arrival date in the following cases:
a rule or decree prevents you from leaving your region;
a rule or decree prevents entry into the Puglia Region;
closure of our Resort due to the current health emergency.
Any type of health obligation to be fulfilled by the Customer within 48 hours is not a restrictive rule for which to request full reimbursement of the practice.

Child Policy: One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib age. Maximum number of cots is 2. Any type of extra bed or cot is available on request subject to confirmation by the hotel.
Accepted credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Diners, Maestro and ATM Pago. They do not accept personal checks / c.
Tourist tax: it is a municipal tax (mandatory) to be paid locally, for all guests over 14 years and for a maximum of 10 days. Disabled people and their helpers (one at most) are exempt from paying.
1 € from January 1st to May 31st and from October 1st to December 31st.
3 € from 1 June to 30 September.
Parking: the cost of the garage is €17 per car, in the period from 1 April to 19 July and from 28 August to 26 October. During the high season, the cost of the garage is €20 per car, from 27 July to 27 August.
Private Beach: Beach service is included in the reservation price (from the third row onwards) and includes two beds + one umbrella per room. Deckchairs on request for children up to 18 years € 6.00 per person per day.
Shuttle: Free shuttle service hotel / beach and the beach / hotel at the following times: from 8.30 to 10.00; 12.00 to 13.00; 16.00 to 18.30 and from the port of Vieste (sea caves and Tremiti Islands).
Sports and entertainment: The price includes pool, piano bar, entertainment with animators in June, July and August. Mountain bikes available at the reception.
Children: In June, July, August, free collective babysitting for children from 4 years to 10 years.
Internet connection: The service is included in the price.
